Shipping zones

We ship across Canada — coast to coast, including territories. We currently do not ship outside Canada.

Shipping rates

Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on your postal code and order weight. Most orders ship via Canada Post or a courier of our choice.

  • Free shipping: on orders over $149 CAD before tax.
  • Standard shipping: rates shown at checkout, typically 2–7 business days.

Order processing

Orders placed on business days (Monday–Friday) are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain, unbranded box or padded envelope. The return address is generic — there is no mention of "Extaz" or any product category on the outside of the package. Your card statement reads neutrally.

Delays and exceptions

Carrier delays, severe weather, and holiday seasons may extend delivery times. If your order hasn't moved in 7+ business days, email us at extazua@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we'll replace it or refund you in full. Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
