Return & Refund Policy

All sales final for intimate items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all intimate products, personal wellness items, and adult novelties are final sale. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an item has been purchased, delivered, or opened.

This applies to every product we sell, including:

• Lubricants, oils, and any liquid products
• Lingerie, hosiery, and intimate apparel
• Condoms, douches, and personal hygiene items
• Toys and novelties, sealed or unsealed

Legal notice & compliance

Under Canadian consumer protection standards (including the Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) guidelines and provincial Consumer Protection Acts), retailers are not legally required to accept returns on non-defective goods. Furthermore, strict health and hygiene regulations apply to personal and body-contact items to ensure the safety of all consumers.

Manufacturer warranties

Many premium brands (Lelo, We-Vibe, Satisfyer, Magic Wand, etc.) come with their own manufacturer warranty (typically 1–10 years on motor failure). If a product fails within the manufacturer's warranty period, we'll help you file a warranty claim directly with the brand.
